Rachel Carter

Rachel Carter is the principal solicitor at the firm. She is recognised as an expert in family law and estate matters. Her experience in complex family matters includes Magellan List, Hague Convention and Appeals, contraventions, as well as property and children matters to interim and final hearings. In Estate matters, her approach is to have clients put in place the best Estate Plan to avoid litigation. However, if necessary, then Rachel is well versed in matters ranging from rights to the body, replacements of Executors and family provision (“left out of the will”) claims. Across a broad range of legal matters, Rachel utilises her demonstrated technical skills to focus on estate planning, probate, estate administration and litigation.

Rachel is able to combine her extensive experience and elite level of knowledge with a warm and personal approach to her clients. Her ability to share clear explanations of often complex issues along with her strong negotiation and communication skills makes her the legal representative of choice for many clients on the Northern Beaches, Sydney and on the Central Coast.

Her past work covers civil and commercial litigation, wealth protection, drafting complex wills, trusts, binding financial agreements, property consent orders and advice on business structures.

Rachel also has experience helping clients with family provision claims, powers of attorney and guardianship.
